Good quality cap -- Great Springbok logo -BUT it is a very strange fit. Seems it needs at least 2cm more material around the whole cap - to fit properly! (Our experience anyway..)

I received an email to say it was not in stock and would receive a Voucher, I have sent multiple emails with no response. I then re ordered and paid for different items and still have not received my voucher or hat or a response.

The cap was ordered for a Christmas gift for our son-in-law who is a rugby/springbok fanatic....and to say Im excited for him to open his christmas present, is the under-statement. Subject: Delivery Issue – Incorrect Handling of My Order
Dear [Old School / Dricus Team],
I have always received excellent service from Old School and remain a big supporter and collector of Dricus items. However, I am very disappointed with my latest order.
My orders value was over R6,500, which according to your policy should qualify for free delivery.
Despite sending several emails requesting home delivery (as usual), my package was still sent to Langebaan PostNet.
I specifically asked for it to be delivered in one or two packages to my home address.
Instead, Amarex delivered it to PostNet, and I was forced to pay R100 extra — which should not have been charged at all.
This situation has left me very frustrated, since I took the time to communicate my delivery preference clearly in advance.
Could you please clarify:
1. Why was my request for home delivery ignored?
2. Why was I still charged R100 when my order qualified for free delivery?
3. Who will take responsibility for this mistake, and how will it be corrected?

How long does delivery take?
Two to seven working days to most destinations, with tracking provided from the moment the order is dispatched.
What if the size is not right?
Returns are accepted within thirty days. Send the item back unworn and we will exchange it or issue a refund.
Are the club garments official?
Yes. Every club garment is produced under formal licence. Where a design is our own tribute rather than a licensed product, this is stated on the product page.
